Responsibilities
- Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Customer success ecosystem.
- Lead a team of customer success executives and mentor them by working with them on the field.
- Implement customer success processes.
- Ensure Business results through renewals and referral sales.
- Ensure Customer Happiness and Success through CHI.
- Manage and nurture teams.
- Guide team growth, performance evaluation and clarity about career path
Requirements
- Degree in Accounts/Finance
- 7 – 10 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
