Branding & Social Media Coordinator Job

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Gen Z Branding and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Branding and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for building our brand, developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with the target audience, driving engagement, brand awareness, and growth across various platforms.

 

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand’s identity and speaks to the target audience.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing and maintaining our brand’s presence on various social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content and messaging aligns with our brand’s values, style, and voice.

Branding Initiatives: Contribute to brand-building efforts through the creation of visual assets, brand guidelines, and maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.

Audience Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, preferences, and behaviors of the market to inform social media strategy.

Content Creation: Create compelling and authentic content that speaks directly to the audience interests and values, including memes, short-form videos, and interactive content.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain our brand’s presence on the organization’s social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among followers through active engagement, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.

Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand values and resonate with the target audience.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to measure the success of the marketing initiatives.

Feedback and Adaptation: Gather feedback from followers and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain authenticity and relevance.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content creators, and marketing, to ensure cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Strong understanding of trends, and social media platforms.

● Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

● Experience in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and photography, is a plus.

● Knowledge of SEO, data analytics, and marketing trends.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● A passion for staying ahead of the curve in social media trends and technology.
