Biodeal Laboratories Ltd. is one of East Africa’s leading pharmaceutical – human and veterinary – manufacturing, marketing and distributing Company. The company, which is family-owned, is headquartered in Nairobi County, Kenya and employs over 200 people. Biodeal supplies the Kenyan, Rwandan and Burundi markets with first-class generic medicines and also manufactures disinfectants for hospitals and clinical use.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with Biodeal Laboratories Ltd. located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers that promote the Company’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and expanding the customer base, sales planning, and attending product presentations, among others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative or in a similar Sales role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite

Candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience will have an added advantage.
