Job Description

  • The Social Media Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our construction projects and brand.

Salary; 35,000

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Create content calendars and schedules for various social media platforms.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Showcase construction projects, milestones, and behind-the-scenes content to enhance brand visibility.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, clients, and industry influencers.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote construction projects, events, and company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Build and maintain a positive online reputation for the company through strategic social media efforts.
  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and influencers to expand reach and engagement.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of trends in social media, construction, and related industries.
  • Propose innovative ideas and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-4 years’ experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, website management etc.).
  • Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for design.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
