Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for:

• Conducting sales trainings and developing training programs for our sales team.
• Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the performance of the sales team.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team.
• Sales Performance Evaluation.
• Sales Training Evaluation
• Industry and Market Research

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills and Sales Training experience
• Experience in Training & Development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify sales trends
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
