Marketing Coordinator at Summit Recruitment and Search
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
- Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Curate Internal & External Newsletters in accordance with the Campaign Objectives.
- Assist with the Partner Management process with OEMs.
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- Must be a member of a relevant professional body.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, Marketing Associate, or similar role.
- Experience working with Advertising and Marketing Agencies to churn out successful campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools including graphic design such as: Canva, Adobe.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Experience with research and advertising methods using data analytics software such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Solutions & Meta Ads.
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns & Tools such as SEMrush, Page Speed Insights & knowledge on WordPress.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Has a strong service ethic.
- Comfortable working in GMT-5 hours.
