Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close new deals at a high rate
- Build relationships with existing customers for continued business growth and to ensure brand loyalty through phone calls and emails.
- Cultivate new leads within the sales which involves finding new customers and turning them into sales.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how
- specific products and services can meet these needs
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
- Do any other duty assigned to you by management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or a relevant filed
- Must have 3 years working experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
