Job Description/Requirements
● Identify sales opportunities/prospects, setting up initial sales and meeting the client
● Generate sales and ensure sales targets are met.
● Generate leads, followup on new leads and referrals.
● Promote products by demonstration, instruction and presentations
● Following up on clients to ensure satisfaction with our products, resolving complaints and developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
● Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly, quarterly and annual analyses.
● Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
● Create, customize and conduct proposal presentations based on target customer.
● Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
● Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
● Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
● Conducting market research on rival products.
● Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
● Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
● Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
● Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
● Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
● Handle Digital Marketing and all that relates to it.
● Tender management. Filing and responding to tenders.

Requirements
● Degree in IT or Marketing or a Business Related course.
● At least 5 years experience in the sales and marketing field.
● experience in selling IT softwares and products or financial products/solutions and services is preferred.
● Strong problem solving skills and critical thinker.
● Good negotiator.
● Highly motivated, energetic and a self starter.
● Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation and sales targets
● Demonstrable interest in sales, technology and the Internet, with a desire to learn.
