About the Role
Kybotech is looking for a diligent Administrative Assistant to support the Commercial and Finance teams. You will be expected to handle administrative duties, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial and Finance departments.
- Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
