A dynamic marketing agency is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager with a keen understanding of the first principles of B2B marketing and the ability to leverage AI. The role involves implementing strategies across the B2B sector. Experience in email marketing, sales funnels, lead generation, and ad buying is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for suggesting new ways to achieve goals, managing posting cadence and video marketing strategy, with a focus on client acquisition, and being heavily involved in scaling the B2B side of the agency.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Advancements: Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and AI tools.
• Systems and processes: Implement a better flow for internal systems and processes.
• Team Management: Lead a team of creatives, setting short-term goals.
• Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing strategies for client acquisition.
• Multi-Channel Experience: Hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
• Content Creation: Generate compelling content, including visuals and video.
• Sales and Email Marketing: Utilize experience in sales funnels and email marketing to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Fluent English: Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, including in a digital agency setting.
• Proven track record in delivering B2B marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
• Familiarity with AI in marketing.
