BI Support Manager – Fully Remote up to £77,500

Role

We are recruiting for experienced BI Support Manager to play a vital role sitting between the business and data support team delivering high quality and meaningful information from data.

The role is responsible for leading a team of 6 BI Support Developers whom act as BI resource to a business of 12000 people building reports and dashboards. The team is proactive in engaging with the business to understand and influence data solutions that power business decisions and insights.

You will manage the teams workload, lead in regular stand ups and provide coaching and expertise to the team. You will also be responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects.

You will be proactive in seeking opportunities to automate data solutions, you will also keep abreast of data solutions and ways of working that would further enhance data services.

Key technical skills

• Proven background in data solutions and history or business engagement to deliver meaningful data insights

• Technical skills in Power BI

• Experience leading data teams providing coaching and mentoring
