Job Description/Requirements

• Data sourcing, Mining, and cleaning for accurate reporting. 
• Creating and designing business dashboards for operational and strategic reporting. 
• Participate in development of manual and automated data collection tools for the department. 
• Statistical data analysis, Interpretation, and preparation of well visualized reports on Key result areas of the different business units. 
• Collaborate with business units to collate data to be used for performance evaluation, problem solving and decision-making. 
• Periodic (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) business performance analysis and reporting. 
• Performing requirements’ studies and analysis and effectively communicating the results to the stakeholders. 
• Performing and generation of ad-hoc analytical reports in response to supervisor’s requests. 
• Participate in strategic initiatives implementation and monitoring. 
• Develop and implement data management Standard Operating procedures. 

Knowledge, Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) would be an advantage
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospital management is a plus.

• Data analysis skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. 
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
