  • Brief the respective channels, holding the tension to ensure we have consistent execution on a campaign propositions.
  • Collaborate with the lead creative, internal and media agencies to develop creative and build strong media plans to effectively reach our customers.
  • Interpret the campaign propositions into briefs that are going to get the creative juices flowing – including seasonal, brand, service and category campaigns
  • Ensure that the right creative resource [amount and level] is allocated to our campaigns
  • Taking the initial allocation of budget from the customer planning team, work directly with the media agency develop effective media plans across our bought and owned channels – through to the buying of the media
  • Hold the tension across the channels to ensure we get consistent execution of campaigns – culminating in the ‘Gate 3’ which is the showcase to senior stakeholders
  • Working closely with the PR & Social teams – to develop integrated plans for PR and social channels
  • Develop a strong network with commercial and digital to develop the best customer offer
  • Take the ROI plan and execute to the local market requirements
  • Effectively manage your part of a multi million pound budget to forecast whilst always looking for opportunities to improve effectiveness
  • Protect and drive our brand, working on a specific element of our proposition to ensure that we express the brand to customers in the most effective way.
