Role Summary:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will have the primary responsibility for overseeing the portfolio’s quality, collections of arrears, and timely disbursements.

Qualifications:

•  The incumbent Must be a Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
•  A Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Option will be an added advantage.
•  Professional qualifications from either CPA-K or ACCA.
•  Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a finance role, 5 of which MUST be at Management level and leadership responsibilities.
•  A Certified Member of ICPAK
•  Experience in Microfinance is a MUST
•  5 Years of proven experience in Collections
• Computer literacy and proficiency.
•  Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
•  Computer literacy and proficiency.

•  Familiarity with microfinance principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks specific to the industry Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
•  Strategic Financial Planning
•  Financial Knowledge Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles is essential.
