To support the Trade+ Commercial Business Partner (T+ BP) and the Commercial Operations team to deliver the Screwfix promotional, Trade and FOH (Front of House) and Trade + commercial plans through effective and accurate reporting and administration of supporting activity.

Responsibilities
- Update and manage customer and trading plan – Supporting the T+ BP.
- Run BI and maintain trackers on performance in Trade+.
- Create, maintain and manage the Front of House plans for Trade+, including matrixes, masters and planograms. Ensuring any changes are communicated in a timely manner to the wider business.
- Proactively monitor, record and escalate risks and issues for Trade+.
- Maintain promotional masters and update pricing/details as required.
- Review and action pricing requests – including checking all current and future assets for conflict, risks or issues.
- Assist the T+ BP in delivering the email plan.
- Send update communications to stakeholders – routine and ad hoc.
- Actively participate in meetings, capturing minutes and actions.
- Provide support and cover to other Co-ordinators, with annual leave and where business need is required.
- Regularly review processes and ways of working within area of responsibility and pro-actively make suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships and engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Day to day administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experienced Microsoft Excel user, with strong Analytical and modelling skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong planning skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player who uses initiative and diplomacy when liaising with internal/external stakeholders
- Hard working good time keeping skills
- Ability to multitask
