The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, demonstrating at least five years of experience in meticulously analysing data and traffic to enhance company outcomes and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Analytics
  • Utilise cutting-edge web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to extract actionable insights.
  • Architect and operate SQL pipelines, showcasing proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive content reviews and management, providing strategic recommendations to elevate user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify key pain points and implement solutions for optimised user engagement.
Digital Advertising:
  • Craft custom audience sets to refine advertising targeting, maximising ad efficiency and engagement.
  • Execute A/B testing methodologies across multiple creative sets, fine-tuning campaigns to achieve strategic goals.
Conversion Optimization:
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across various digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of user behaviour, funnel performance, and customer journeys to implement targeted optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test conversion-focused enhancements on landing pages and user interfaces.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in conversion optimization, recommending and implementing improvements accordingly.


  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics within the marketing field, demonstrating a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in utilising various analytics tools and best practices to uncover actionable insights.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO mechanics, showcasing an understanding of optimising conversion rates and measuring landing page success.
  • Previous experience with Google Data Studio, highlighting your ability to visualise and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts.
