Responsibilities

  • Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Customer success ecosystem.
  • Lead a team of customer success executives and mentor them by working with them on the field.
  • Implement customer success processes.
  • Ensure Business results through renewals and referral sales.
  • Ensure Customer Happiness and Success through CHI.
  • Manage and nurture teams.
  • Guide team growth, performance evaluation and clarity about career path

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounts/Finance
  • 7 – 10 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
