You’ll have an opportunity to work within the team and broach out to other areas of the business, helping to achieve success through your client engagement. From day 1, you’ll be helping to work on demos, proposals, proof of concepts, and responsible for designing the systems architecture. You should be familiar with helping others to extract the most from Dynamics, to deliver project to their full potential and allowing others to learn and develop as you steer them through their careers. You should be familiar with mentoring colleagues and comfortable at delivering new ideas, features, and requirements within an agile manner.

Great skills to have:

  • Experience working in a Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM environment
  • Clear experience of leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate would be advantageous)
  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge
  • Excellent team building, communication skills, and the ability to lead others within Microsoft’s best practices
