E-Commerce Sales Executive at JamboPay
- As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through online channels. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new customers through various online channels, including social media, search engines, and affiliate partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management:Â Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and enhance brand loyalty.
- Product Promotion:Â Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Market Research:Â Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform sales strategies.
- E-commerce Platform Management:Â Oversee the company’s presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for search and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting:Â Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce sales or a related field is preferred.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Result-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.
- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
