Job Description
PURPOSE:
Responsible for receipting Life business DDIs, standing orders, banking transfers and premium policy reconciliation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily receipt of bank transfers, EFTs and RTGS;
- Update and receipt received standing orders and check offs;
- Receipting of premium DDIs;
- Update of unreceipted items list and continuously liaise with premium admin to reduce exposure;
- Receipting Pension funds;
- Receipting Annuities;
- Receipting of Group life payments;
- Premiums to policy reconciliations;
- Any other duty as may be given by Head, Bank and Other Reconciliations.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or in a related field   E
- Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications   E
- CPA (I) or ACCA – Fundamental or part qualification in relevant professional field
Experience Required:
- 2 years Relevant experienceÂ
