Are you an experienced full-stack software developer with solid programming skills and strong problem-solving abilities? Are you passionate about developing and improving tech solutions while utilizing cutting edge technologies? For our upcoming cohort in March 2024, we are looking for Full Stack Developers who want to build the next disruptive tech venture from scratch! Full Stack Developers joining our platform play an instrumental role as Co-founders, mainly being responsible for the tech/product side of the business, which requires that you:

• identify as a tech professional with deep expertise in software engineering / product development
• love building software and platforms that solve real pain points and challenges that industries and consumers face
• want the freedom to choose your stack and not be boxed in a specific area
• have strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in conducting technological analyses of technical roadmaps and refining product backlogs
• embody exceptional interpersonal & collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to use diplomacy & communication to influence outcomes
• have experience leading a team of developers or technical product managers and maintaining an organized oversight of specific product delivery schedules
• might have an idea (optional) that will solve a problem that you’re passionate about, but you do not want to do it on your own. You understand that you need co-pilots who share your vision and values
• will play an instrumental role as a co-founder/CTO

How does this work?

Phase 1:

• You will find your co-founder(s) and a fantastic start-up idea to work on.
• You will receive dedicated and personalized coaching and mentoring from our Nairobi team and access our global network of over 400 advisors.
• You will enjoy inspirational talks and learn about extraordinary business success stories from driven entrepreneurs and renowned investors.
• Access to $350k+ in top-tier tech-platform credits
• Workspace for founders and teams
• You will pitch to our internal Investment Committee to raise a pre-seed investment of $150K.

Phase 2: (Only for teams that have received our investment)

• You will build your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with your co-founder(s) and Antler’s support.
• You and your business partner will acquire your first customers
• If all goes well, your company will begin generating actual revenues

Program details:

• The next Nairobi intake is March 2024
• Selected founders joining the program will receive a stipend up to USD 2500.
• Antler invests USD 150,000 for a 10% equity stake in each company that our investment committee selects.
