Job Description

Direct Reports: Collections and Recovery Managers Indirect Reports: Collections and Recovery Officers

Key Responsibilities

•  Reduction in the Non-Performing Loan book as per the set targets. Manage the entire products’ portfolio to minimize losses.
•  Evaluate the debt collection cycle and track all arrears.
•  Timely and effective implementation of the collections matrix
•  Prepare reports for all units and follow up to facilitate full repayment.
• Champion the collections policy and prepare requisite reports.

Qualifications

•  A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
•  5 years’ experience in debt recovery and credit management.
•  Certification in Credit Management and Debt recovery.
•  Experience in the Microfinance industry preferred.
