What we’re looking for
Paradise Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Off Page SEO to join our ambitious team. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
Your Role
As the Head of Off-Page SEO at Paradise Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing off-page optimization strategies to enhance the online visibility and authority of our assets. You will be responsible for driving high-quality backlinks of various forms, managing a network of PBNs, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our assets remain at the forefront of search engine results.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive off-page SEO strategies, including the use of Private Blog Networks (PBNs) and various other forms of backlinks aligned with company goals and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage
Link Building:
- Oversee the planning and execution of effective link-building campaigns, including the strategic use of PBNs, GPs, and SPs to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks
- Maintain the overall link ratio for company assets and ensure a healthy backlink profile to allow the best chance at highly competitive rankings
PBN Network Management:
- Develop and manage Private Blog Networks (PBNs) to strategically place backlinks and enhance the overall off-page SEO strategy
- Monitor and maintain the health of PBNs, ensuring they adhere to best practices and remain undetectable by search engines
Guest Post Backlinks:
- Collaborate with the backlinking team to ensure the optimal link placement, destination, and anchor text for GP links
- Collaborate with outreach teams to execute campaigns to secure guest post opportunities and build relationships with reputable publishers
Sponsored Post Backlinks:
- Collaborate with content teams to maximize link opportunities with relevant publishers and platforms
- Manage the placement, destination, and anchor texts of sponsored content links to generate high-quality backlinks and increase overall visibility
Performance Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of off-page SEO initiatives, specifically focusing on the impact of PBNs, guest post backlinks, and sponsored post backlinks
- Provide regular reports and insights to management and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and industry trends related to PBNs, guest post backlinks, and sponsored post backlinks
- Adapt strategies accordingly to ensure compliance with evolving search engine guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior off-page SEO role, with a track record of successful link-building campaigns
- Complete understanding of link-building principles, backlink ratios, the difference between different types of backlinks, and link ratios
- Understanding of social signals, tier links planning, and executing pyramid link building plans
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with building PBN Networks, management, and deployment
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative strategies
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of combined previous experience working for affiliate companies, digital marketing agencies, or link-building companies
- Previous experience with data analytics, search engine optimization research tools, Google Analytics, and google search console
- College Degree preferred but not required
