 IT Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working – 1-2 days in the office)

The Bridge IT have partnered with a leading financial organisation based Leeds to recruit an experienced IT QA Lead to organise and manage testing activities for product releases. This role ensures testing teams meet deadlines, evaluates progress, and identifies areas for improvement. If you have proven QA and test lead experience, task management skills, and a background in the Financial Sector, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the test automation framework
  • Determine the scope of test automation
  • Select the right tools
  • Plan, design, and execute tests
  • Analyse and report on test results
  • Manage the Test Automation ROI
  • Contribute to lessons learned
  • Identify training needs and mentor team members
  • Attend Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Selenium & Appium with C#
  • Strong knowledge of API automation with C#
  • Experience in Azure Dev Ops and Test Ops
  • Familiarity with Git commands and BrowserStack
  • Agile environment experience
  • Awareness of Robotic Process Automation and open source automation tools
  • Knowledge of automation tools for Angular web applications (e.g., Cypress or Playwright)
  • Familiarity with Dockisation and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure & GCP)
  • Experience with Performance testing, JMeter, or BlazeMeter
  • Experience with automated ETL testing

In return, my client can offer up to £57,000 + 10% Bonus and range of other great benefits. Please note, sponsorship cannot be provided for this position.
