We are working with one of a legal clients to recruit for an Junior IT SupportÂ
The Candidate will be required to be on site and need the following
- Helping with hardware and being on site helping with IT kit
- Responding to telephone and dealing with stakeholders
- Log, update and resolve support calls through to completion ensuring that communication is maintained throughout, and expectations are set from the outset.
- Participate in new system rollouts and IT projects as and where required
