Role Description

This is a full-time lead graphic designer role located in Nairobi County, Kenya with flexibility for some remote work. The lead graphic designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with design work. They will work closely with clients, managing project schedules and overseeing junior designers. The role requires a candidate with a strong eye for detail, creative flair, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications

• Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills
• Experience in Typography
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project schedules
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior designers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in a creative agency or design firm is a plus
