Seeking a marketing assistant to help improve brand visibility and drive traffic and engagement across digital channels, increase the visibility and brand communications for Zima Homes
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics and responding to comments and messages
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns by designing and creating email templates, managing email databases and tracking metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates
- Supporting content creation efforts, such as writing blog posts, creating infographics or designing social media visuals for use on our social media platforms, website, by our internal teams and co-created content with our partners
- Analysing website traffic data, measuring site performance and creating reports that help identify opportunities for optimisation
- Helping with the creation, management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across different media platforms
- Assisting with market research efforts, analysing industry trends and identifying new opportunities
- Answering all enquiries on our sales/admin emails and referring to the correct sales team members
- Curating content visuals (Photo/video) of the construction progress, on own initiative as well as managing the videography team for the final documentary and for use in our marketing material
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Software skills – Should be proficient in the MS Office Suite, Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, CRM management, Canva/Other design software
- Social Media Marketing – Managing social media platforms is crucial for building and maintaining brand presence. Digital marketers develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics.
- Communication and people skills – Able to work with and assist sales and project teams on any enquiries
- At least 1-2 years’ experience handling social media management and content creation for online brands
- Content Creation and Management – Creating engaging and relevant content. This includes writing blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content. Content should resonate with the target audience and convey the brand’s message.
- Brand Management – Maintaining and enhancing the brand’s online reputation. Help to monitor online mentions and engage with customers to manage brand perception.
EXPECTED WORK DAYS PER WEEK –2 days/week, physically on site.
