Role Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with an AI-first approach to digital marketing. As a key player in our seed stage startup, you’ll take charge of building awareness and scaling demand programs. No lead generation or marketing automation infrastructure exists yet – this is your chance to shape it. Join us in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various channels and significantly boost revenue. Preference given to candidates with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the marketing capability of our startup.

• Collaborate with sales to understand product appeal in diverse markets.

• Lead global marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost conversion.

• Manage diverse marketing programs, including webinars, events, social media, and more.

• Spearhead data quality and segmentation in our marketing database.

• Optimize website and social channels for lead generation.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Manage outside contractors for branding, design, and creative needs.

•Utilize AI for content creation, affiliate marketing, and ads.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of marketing experience, with 1 year in AI implementation.

• Flawless written English; B2B hardware marketing experience.

• Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Experience with marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).

• Proficient in graphic design tools and software.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
