Role Overview:

Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights to track performance metrics and inform strategic marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Brand Positioning: Communicate our brand identity, values, and unique selling propositions through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  3. Campaign Execution: Creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through innovative and impactful campaigns.
  4. Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns, allocate resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes through market research and analysis. Use findings to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  6. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor expenses, track performance against budgetary goals, and report on financial metrics regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and messaging.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM platforms.
