PHP Support Developer – Laravel – Fully Remote

Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Customer Support to improve user satisfaction and enhance product functionality.
• Create, implement, and manage code fixes, patches, and updates to rectify reported issues.
• Engage in code reviews, providing valuable input to improve code quality and system performance.
• Generate and update technical documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fantastic experience using PHP, Laravel and Javascript.
• Debugging and resolving software issues.
• Delivering excellent quality code.
• Fantastic customer service skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary up to 40k
• Fully remote working

LOCATION:

This is a fully remote position, with all meetings taking place online.
