A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 60% of the time for most people. What does a Product Manager do at Hogarth?

The Product Manager is an internal-facing role responsible for the success of a key set of technology products. The role sits within the Product and Workflow team and works alongside Operations and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role will be the source of truth for the product roadmaps and facilitate collaboration amongst peers and business stakeholders ultimately helping to shape and build on Hogarth’s integrated production ecosystem. This role is offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

  • Own a set of products from multiple vendors as well as the vendor relationship
  • Manage relationships with internal business stakeholders and creators and makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the products with other technology platforms and tools used in the creative content production process
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring they meet the business’s requirements
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, reporting on progress against roadmaps, incidents and blockers to the team
  • Work with product vendors to scope new features, prioritising based on impact to internal teams

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Technology Lead – Asset Lifecycle Management, Product & Workflow.

You will work closely with Hogarth’s Technology team, senior leadership team, business support and other global stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile, and committed to ensuring that the job is completed to a high standard. Strong communication skills are essential to the success of the role. They must be articulate, passionate and able support their ideas effectively with facts.

  • Experience as Business Analyst or Agile Product Manager
  • Understanding of the marketing and media industries

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate technical and non-technical subjects to a varied audience.
