We specialize in providing hyper-customized ERP solutions and cloud-based software suites to clients across diverse industries in the MENA Region. Our software offerings encompass HRMS, CRM, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Intelligence, and more.

We are looking for a Python Developer with expertise in Natural LanguageProcessing (NLP), Generative APIs, and Chatbot development, you will workclosely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintainadvanced solutions that drive the next generation of conversational AI andcustomer interaction. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable,and efficient systems that make use of NLP techniques and generative models tocreate intelligent chatbots and interactive applications.

Responsibilities:

NLP Development:

• Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models to process andunderstand natural language text.
• Enhance existing NLP pipelines and develop new ones forvarious applications.

Generative API Integration:

• Integrate generative APIs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT) into ourapplications and services.
• Fine-tune models for specific tasks and domains.

Chatbot Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain chatbots that provide human-likeconversational experiences.
• Implement and improve dialog management systems for chatbots.

API Development:

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs to expose NLP and chatbotfunctionalities.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamlessintegration.

Data Processing and Analysis:

• Work with large datasets to train and evaluate NLP models.
• Perform data analysis to gain insights and improve systemperformance.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including datascientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to understand projectrequirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, generativemodels, and AI technologies.
• Contribute to research and development efforts to innovate andimprove our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Python development with astrong focus on NLP and chatbot development.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, libraries (e.g., NLTK,spaCy, Transformers), and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch).
• Experience with generative models and APIs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating theminto applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in afast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explaincomplex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
