Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and Sales and Marketing Representative to work in Nairobi Kenya.
As a Sales Representative , you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs of potential clients and present tailored solutions from our diverse service portfolio.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities by actively engaging with decision-makers in target industries.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and challenges.
- Present our range of services with a focus on addressing client-specific needs and pain points.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Communicate client expectations and requirements to internal teams, ensuring alignment with service delivery.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our service offerings.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Regularly update sales forecasts and progress reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, in the following sectors i.e cleaning, security, landscaping, relocation, pest control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a related service sector is essential.
- Experience in Tele-sales and Field sales.
