QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the FMCG in- dustry, Non-commodity sector
• Exceptional ability to strategically optimize the use of company resources to maximize regional perfor- mance and drive sales growth

ROLES:

• Deliver regional revenue objectives
• Manage distributor accounts end-to-end
• Optimize the use of company resources in the region
• Ensure the availability of focus products
