Role Overview

As a Game Developer at MetaWin Games, you will play a pivotal role in the development of new casino-style and provably fair games, as well as the enhancement of our existing portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing these games from concept to reality, collaborating closely with our team of talented artists, designers, and engineers. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will ensure our games are not only fun but also uphold the highest standards of fairness and security for our players.

Role Description

• Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining casino-style and provably fair games with a mobile-first approach.
• Design a modern, configurable, and flexible framework that complies with the requirements set by regulatory bodies worldwide.
• Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies within your field and proactively implement them in your work.
• Ensure best practices for the development and testing of the codebase.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and the best user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the studio head, game designers, mathematicians, artists, server developers, QAs, etc., from project inception to completion and beyond.
• Verify that math models, server responses, art assets, and sounds are correctly implemented.
• Connect the framework with backend servers, including RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.
• Implement CI/CD for automated testing.

The Candidate Must

• Have a university degree in computer science and a proven track record from previous roles.
• Have more than 5 years of professional experience building casino-style games.
• Show proficiency in tech stacks such as Vue.js, pixi.js, Node.js, LESS, Three.js, Babel, Grunt, Jest, Hogan.
• Possess extensive knowledge in HTML5, Javascript, Typescript.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in WebGL Shaders, UI frameworks such as Vue and React.
• Have a profound understanding of web services and API integration (especially REST APIs).
• Have experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing.
• Be proficient in cross-browser compatibility, usability, and accessibility design considerations.
• Have the ability to write efficient, clean, and structured code that is easy to maintain and test.
• Be fluent in English and communicate clearly and efficiently.
