Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieving of Sales Volume/Value Target through distribution by focusing on Sell-In and Sell-Out of the select customers and projects. Effective Manage Days Sales Outstanding as per the Order to Cash Process.
- Ensuring proper account management by obtaining deposit and balance of payments from clients and proper account reconciliations
- Liaising with Fresh Sales Manager to identify Fresh Produce for diversification, both local and imports. Fresh produce to be in line with consumer need and acceptability.
- Providing quality and on-time information on Demand Forecast by Customer, Computerized Coverage Reports, Value Chain pricing.
- Visiting existing and potential clients to evaluate need and promote products as you keep abreast of fresh fruits and vegetable industry
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report
Minimum Requirements
- Degree Business Management/Administration (with bias in Marketing) or an equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years working experience in sales of fresh produce.
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of the core sales capabilities of order generation, delivery, merchandising and account development.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Key Supermarket chains, HORECA institutions and Groceries.
- Good understanding on the seasonality of fresh fruits/vegetable crops.
