SALES AGENTS & HEAD OF MARKETING WANTED

We are a TVET-Oriented ICT Training Hub, IFIX TECHNICAL INSTITUTE in Thika, KENYA.

We are looking to onboard Sales Agents (Reps.), whose role is to Reach, Market and Promote our Services;

Technical Courses.

Thereby recruiting and following up until registration.

We are based in Thika, dedicated to empowering individuals by offering comprehensive training in electronics repairs:

1. Mobile Phone Repair Course | (Software & Hardware)

(90Hrs | 3hrs a Session | Ksh. 32,000.00)

2. Computer Repair Course | (Hardware & Software)

(84Hrs | 3hrs a Session | Ksh. 26,000.00)

3. Home Appliances Repair Course | (Fixed & Portable)

(90Hrs | 3 Hrs a day | Ksh. 35,000.00)

4. Windows, Software & Website Technician

(120Hrs | 3Hrs a day | Ksh. 36,000.00)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Role of Sales Agents is to Connect the ifiX Techno Hub with the Technical Trainees.

The sales Rep. will Promote, Market, Convert Sales, and Follow up on their Prospects to REGISTER.

This team player needs to be enthused and results-driven.

To join our team on a strictly COMMISSION-BASED remuneration structure: Ranging from 5.5% to 7.5%, from Ksh.1400.00.

Commission rates and terms are in the Sales Contract Form.

As a Sales Rep., you will play a critical role in recruiting Technical Trainees for our Devices’ Repair Training Courses.

REQUIREMENTS

-Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, remotely or on-premise.

-The ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment, As in HAKUNA MSHAHARA!

-Access to a network of potential trainees: Relatives, School Links, Social Media, and Online AD tools.

-Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

–Familiarity with the Mobile phones, Laptops, and other electronics repair industry is a plus.
