Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate located in Syokimau. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting sales activities, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for promoting our various loan products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills and experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial products and the Micro Finance industry
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
