Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
  • Actively promote and sell land parcels to prospective buyers.
  • Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our land portfolio to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Develop sales strategies and campaigns to promote properties effectively and maximize sales potential.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal procedures related to land property sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property inventory.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in land property investment or a similar role, preferably in the Kenyan market.
  • Strong understanding of the land property industry, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land property sales is desirable.
  • Ability to report to an office full-time and willingness to travel on site visits on a weekly basis, including Saturdays.
