Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records.
  • Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience as a sales executive selling either Hyundai construction equipment for a renowned company.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies.
  • Quick to learn and enthusiastic about sales.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
