Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
- Maintaining proper sales and performance records.
- Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience as a sales executive selling either Hyundai construction equipment for a renowned company.
- Deep understanding of marketing and negotiation strategies.
- Quick to learn and enthusiastic about sales.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Skilled in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
