About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and Sales Manager to work in Nairobi Kenya.

Job Summary:

As a sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will lead a dynamic sales team responsible for promoting our diverse portfolio of services to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the services offered.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of 8 sales professionals, including tender specialists, tele sales representatives, sales reps, social media specialists, and client relationship managers.
    • Set and communicate sales targets and objectives for the team.
    • Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the sales domain.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the product knowledge within the services industry experience in B2B sales, in the following sectors i.e cleaning, security, landscaping, relocation, pest control.
  • Previous experience managing diverse sales teams, including tender specialists, tele sales representatives, sales reps, social media specialists, and client relationship managers up to a team of 8 people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Proven ability to drive results through effective team management.
