Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close new deals at a high rate
  • Build relationships with existing customers for continued business growth and to ensure brand loyalty through phone calls and emails.
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales which involves finding new customers and turning them into sales.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how
  • specific products and services can meet these needs
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
  • Do any other duty assigned to you by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or a relevant filed
  • Must have 3 years working experience in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
