Ocorian delivers administration and compliance services for funds, corporate, capital markets and private clients.

We manage over 15,000 structures for 6000+ clients with a global footprint operating from 20+ locations. Our scale offers all our people great opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills and to progress their careers.
The core focus of this role is to support the team in driving the generation of new business and increase revenue for our funds business.

Main Responsibilities

To play a central role in the origination of valuable new business opportunities in line with the relevant business strategies, and to:

•    Arrange meetings and coordinate internal diaries for the global funds sales team.

•    Arrange and coordinate travel schedule.

•    Arrange meetings and manage timetable of meetings

•    Assist in providing printed materials for meetings and coordinate with research team.

•    Provide background research and bios for upcoming meetings

•    For Ocorian hosted meeting rooms set up and AV ready for meetings

•    Take meeting notes and coordinate follow up and action points to meetings.

•    Coordinate with colleagues in the other service lines to build a collaborative sales culture.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

•   Extremely proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word and previous experience of Salesforce.

•   A genuine interest in sales within financial services.
