Scrum Master – Remote

Job Description

As the Scrum Master you will join a multidisciplinary team focusing on the implementation of ServiceNow where the Mmjority of the implementation will focus on Out of the Box or configuration. The project will focus on various ITSM modules and you will aid the development team in progressing at a fast pace through the project lifecycle.

Within this role you will

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and promote problem-solving to keep the team productive and focused on delivering valuable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
• You MUST have experience of two or more ServiceNow implementation/integration projects.
