As a Senior Customer Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for converting both outbound and inbound leads into satisfied customers.
Job Description
- Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to outbound leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to nurture relationships, understand their needs,
- and convert them into paying customers.
- Inbound Sales: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries and leads, providing
- product information, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects through the
- sales process.
- ∙Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to
- effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential
- customers.
- ∙Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to develop and execute sales
- strategies, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and competitive
- positioning.
- ∙Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
- relationships by ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or issues
- promptly.
- ∙Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion
- rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- ∙Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
- dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- ∙Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer
- interactions, sales calls, and progress updates in the CRM system.
- ∙Sales Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a
- seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- ∙Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product
- development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in retail.
- ∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ∙Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- ∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ∙Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
