Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple departments and teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Prepare and present regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (e.g., BIT).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or IT.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
