Job Description

  • his role requires a mixture of system administration and client engagement hence the role holder must also be proficient in technology, solution oriented and customer centric.
  • Foster effective self-leadership and collaboration with Client Partners (CPs), Business Delivery team, and clients to ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of solutions, Impact Platform, and Execution Platform systems to support clients effectively.
  • Occasionally participate in client meetings with CPs.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored impact journeys/success plans using technology to enhance customer value.
  • Communicate impact journeys to the Business Delivery Manager for execution and monitor learning track performance.
  • Craft compelling proposals in response to client requests.
  • Monitor active users and utilization for each Impact Platform client, collaborating with the Business Delivery Manager and CPs to boost engagement.
  • Plan Quarterly and Annual Business Review meetings for clients, making necessary adjustments to learning plans based on outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to increase active users and utilization of Platform resources, fostering client independence and enhancing renewal rates.
  • Provide regular encouragement and accountability to leaders on project goals.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and sessions for clients, ensuring effective engagement and outcomes.
  • Strategize for future partnerships and secure renewal and expansion of client portfolios on the Impact Platform.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role including understanding platform solutions, finding out what clients need, and creating personalized plans for their success.
  • Must be proficient in technology and very client centric.
  • This role requires a mixture of system administration and client engagement hence the role holder must also be proficient in technology, solution oriented and customer centric.
  • Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Must have proven business acumen and project management skills.
