Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi, Kenya for a Head of Retail. The Head of Retail will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the company’s retail operations, including planning, organizing, and implementing sales strategies, managing team performance, overseeing inventory, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
