Accounts Assistant at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Gross Salary: Kshs 30-35k,

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update financial spreadsheets.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Handle routine accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
• Assist in auditing financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow established procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
